I ended up just playing my necro control deck and won the Inquest $1000
tourney with it :)  I hadn't tested the sideboard at all, but I tested
the main deck and it was real good against both the decks you sent.  However
I think it needs to have more landkill and a little less discard:

4 scrublands (for sideboard cards)
14 swamp
4 mishra
1 quicksand
2 lake
4 ritual
3 consult
4 hymn
4 sinkhole
4 stupor
3 necropotence
3 steel golem
3 abyss
3 serrated arrows
4 drain life

I saw in order:

WW

First game I got mana screwed and died with 2 arrows in hand, next two
games I killed all his creatures and won with mishras + drains.

UR with creatures:

First game I got 1st turn golem, 2nd turn hymn, 3rd turn stupor, 4th turn
necro.  Second game I got a similar draw, and beat him.

UR wo creatures:

First game I got him out of cards, had a golem, mishra, 4 swamps on the
board.  I consult for necro, next three cards were all necro, I conceed.
Second game I get a slow draw, and thawing glaciers defeat me.

Mono Black:  Abyss destroyed him

Rgu: draw

UW: First game he got browse out when I did not have necro.  I sat around
collecting cards.  When he played his motis I unloaded all my cards, and
ended up decking the UW deck.  Second game I got first turn ritual hymn
ritual necro, he did not force.

UR wo creatures:

First game steel golem + mishras and discard beat him up.  Second game
I got tons of discard + necro, then steel golem + mishras beat him up.

Finals: Rgu.  First game turn 2 abyss gives him tons of dead cards.
Second game, some disruption followed by abyss, golem, cop red leave
him helpless
