Notes: Revised the old deck to splash in some black, and to rework the spell selection around Licids more. The aim is the same -- neutralize your opponent's permanents, and beat said opponent to a pulp with creatures. The Licids, obviously, should be used for the beatdown (if the various combos work, they'll be nearly all that's left, so help 'em out with the Overrun), as well as to protect your own creatures from Winds of Rath. If you don't draw Winds, the Combustions can be almost as good, considering the uniformly low toughness in Tempest -- just use the Nurturing Licids on creatures you want to keep and slap the others on the Angelic Protector. The reason I run 2 Offerings in the main deck is that enchantments seems to be key to more decks in this environment than artifacts do. If you run up against a deck where this isn't the case, stick the Disenchants back in. Regarding the sideboard, suggestions are welcome. As it stands, the Extinctions are for sliver decks, Combustions are for sliver, shadow, and recycle-luren decks, tranquility for Orim's Humility decks and Propaganda decks, Light of day for the black weenie/shadow decks, and Shadowstorms for shadow decks (big surprise). Grindstones are for single color decks, and the extra Thunder is just generally helpful.
