Here's my deck for the type II State championships:

Squandered Torches

3 Squandered Resources
4 Kaervek's Torches
4 Mana Birds
4 Mana Elves
4 Natural Balance
3 City of Solitude
3 Incinerate
4 Thunderbolt
2 Fireball
2 Disintegrate
3 Heart of Bogardan

4 Karplussan Forest
4 Gemstone Mines
8 Mountain
8 Forest

Here's the sideboard:

4 Vampiric Tutors
2 Bosium Strips
4 Mana Vaults
3 Pryoblasts
2 Mana Webs

The sideboard Vampiric Tutors help get 2 Natural
balances into my hand. Once I get a City and two 
or three Natural Balances, the game's pretty much over.

The cool part is that by sideboarding right, you can 
change the deck into a Bosium strip Burn deck for the 
second game while your opponent tries to deal with your 
old cards :o)

So far the deck is 20-3-1 in tournament ( local ) play and about the
same in friendly matches.
