It used to be a counterburn deck with Impulses,Tutors and Dissipates and Torches but in the current environment, I'm intending to change it to a totally blue deck. Counterphat 4 Counterspell 4 Mana Leak 4 Forbid 2 Rewind 2 Dismiss 2 Ertai 4 Whispers 4 Propaganda 1 Capsize 3 Disk 2 Chimeric Staff 2 Silver Wyvern 1 Ephemeron 4 Stalking Stone 21 Island SB according to local environment It's still relatively straightforward. Counter every threat and apply beatdown accordingly. I'm still a bit pissed with the loss of any cheap library manipulation other than Whispers. Any comments are welcome.
