This deck won an extended tournament in Roanoke VA a few weeks ago. The most obvious attribute will be the lack of basic lands. I think playing around with the land layout could yield some basic lands, but keeping them all non-basic just makes it harder for the Wasteland player to decide what to waste :-) This is all about beatdown. Get something large out, then protect it. Second turn Centaur, Third turn Ernham, prepared to counterspell on turn 4 spells doom for most decks. Most opponents will see this as a Red/Green beatdown, until the first counterspell. Temporal control kicks in after the Ernham is in place. Man Of War, Memory Lapse, Incinerate, and Bolt (yes, Incinerate and Bolt are temporal control :-) frustrate your opponent spending huge amounts of mana and draws to accomplish nothing, all the while being beat down by Ernie. Earthquakes gain you card advantage against creature decks, and make a good finisher. Comments are always welcome. Yes, No, Maybe...
