Date: Tue, 21 Apr 98 15:28:42 PDT From: 777000080226-0001@t-online.de (mark napier) To: fkusumot@ix.netcom.com hell...o frank and the dojo. to begin with,when i first saw the turbo zvi deck,i was impressed.i built it,played it,tuned it,changed it.....so on so on.it worked almost all the time, so i can back up zviīs claims to the deck:it does work.i donīt know about the other players,but for some reason the deck took tooo long to win. when the judge called time on one match,my opponent still had cards left.anyway, i made some slight alterations to the deck.no offense to zvi,itīs his deck.i play this version of it and found that it works better for me.not for every one just me. at first i tried 2 vision charms,and a jesters cap for gaeaīs blessings.it worked as well,but still too slow.i know that it is designed to run that way,just that it is too slow for me.then i tried an alter of dementia,leviathan,jesterīs cap.i liked the way it worked.real fast,real fast.people i played laughed as i cast the leviathan,then realized what was going to happen once the alter hit the table.maximum of 5 trips with the leviathan and game over.it still had the average of turn 4 wins.sometimes turn 5, sometimes 6.but it still worked.it might not be for everyone,but try it. 2x underground river 4x ancient tomb 4x crystal vein 4x svyelunite temple 6x island 1x leviathan 1x alter of dementia 1x jesters cap 4x memory lapse 2x counterspell 2x impulse 1x ancestral knowledge 4x dream halls 4x meditate 4x ancestral memories 3x sift 4x mana severance 3x intuition 3x gaeaīs blessing 4x lotus petal sideboard as before,just remove the insperation,and replace it with gerrardīs wisdom. or leave it as is well thankīs for listening to me rant a bit.......cheers!! mark napier germany.
