I am talking about those pathetic enough to seek out newbies and scrubs and cheat when they play them. I was the first person I know of in my area to start playing Magic. I am always willing to show someone else the game. I am always playing players less experience than me and I see no reason why anyone could even think of cheating when you play. It's no good, if you cheat, the newbie is less likely to play again and you have lost another possible opponent in the future. I play my younger brothers (8 and 9). I would never cheat to beat them, I don't even play with my proper decks, if they beat me, i'd just start playing with better decks, simple as that, i wouldn't alter a life total to win. If anyone would cheat when they played my brothers, they would never have another game in my area. There is a difference between ignorance and cheating. If a newbie makes a mistake such as not burying a Crystalline Sliver after a Muscle Sliver attack, I would assume ignorance of the rules and correct their mistake. If I played a player of my own level of skill or higher, and they made a 'mistake' like that, I would correct them, and watch them like a hawk for the rest of the game, many more 'mistakes' and I would be calling the judge/stopping playing before they could hide all of the extra cards they have drawn.
