There are many different Reap Decks at the moment.  Here is my most current
version:

Reaping Memories, v. 1.3

4 Reap
4 Prismatic Lace
4 Painful Memories
4 Memory Lapse
4 Fallow Earth
3 Peace Talks
1 Disenchant
4 Mystical Tutor (notice I can use these on anything in this deck)
4 Intuition
2 Harrow
2 Gaea's Blessing
1 Diabolic Edict (vs Tims)
1 Ebony Charm
4 Gemstone Mine
4 Undiscovered Paradise
4 City of Brass
3 Forest
3 Island
2 Swamp
2 Plains

The idea of the deck is to stall them with Painful Memories, Fallow Earth, and
Memory Lapse until you get the combo: You Lace at least 2 of their permanents
(lands) to Black.  Then you can Reap for a Reap + another card each turn.  With
Painful Memories, Memory Lapse, and Fallow Earth, you can lock them down, as
follows:

Their turn, they draw a card.  If they do not use it, you Painful Memories it.
If they DO use it, it is either a land or a spell.  If it is a land, you Fallow
Earth it.  If it is a spell, you Memory Lapse it.  They will draw nothing new
the rest of the game.  Then, you kill them at your leisure.  In my deck, I use
Ebony Charm, recursed with the Blessings (which also insure I won't deck
myself... :)
