As this is my first time posting a deck to you please be kind.

First the deck:

    The tournement that I won with this was a small 20 or so person
tourney.  The field most consited of mono-color decks many being
dead-guy sligh, ww-armor , mono-green, and necro-discard.  There was
only one mono-blue deck there and it was by far the best deck there that
day.  The deck seemed to have at least 16 counterspells it also had
capsize, whispers of the mues, legacy allure, derelors, air elamentals,
and one rainbow, ophidians and man-o-wars.  I beat it in the semi-finals
as it had lost maybe a game all day with much help ( eight cards ) from
my sideboard.  Boil seems to be almost the only answer unless a blue
player gets screwed.   The blue deck hardly even broke a sweat against
the red decks as it always had seven cards in its hand and counter out
the whazoo.

    The deck I played was VERY well suited for the meta-game and I
belive that it has strong potential in the overall field.  Like the
title said it seems to have the answer to everything.
