A few thought about defensive milling, I think B/U/w is a little hard to
pick. You should be able to defend again fast deck.. in your deck i don't
see how you would defend..

I think you should go for B/U or B/W with fast defensive set up. B/U seems
more promising because blue is a 'must' in a depletion deck, but staunch
defender and manowar seems promising for coffin queen to animate, because of
their 'comes in to play' ability.

I suggest you go with some more utility creature like manowars and
defenders.. there are many of it, and put orim prayer and cop: red in main
deck. Sligh is at its peak right now, and creature deck rocks.

if you go with B/W/U.. I think you should adjust your mana again..

You should concentrate more on swamp, and not getting too much painland on
it, because when queen and altar is set up, you must have a steady way of
black mana. I guess..
