Subject: Update to Sandsipoise deck

This is a Sands of Time/Equipoise deck after the leave of Tempest.  Very
effective if played in single-player formats only.  ***This deck is not for
beginners!***  Please send comments and tips on how to make this deck much
faster. (Use Sands as the Subject)  It has some problems with non-targetable
creatures.  Thanks alot for checking it out!  Hopefully people will start to
use these in Pro-Tours, and the Worlds!  There are two options to the deck.
 One, with damage, the other staight lock deck, with 'stones.
