This deck hasnt been tested (by me anyway), will it work?
Idea is to lock you opponent and wait for his library to run out.

THE LOCK:
4 x Humility                                    (With prayer this creates a
4 x Orims Prayers                                 permanent creature lock)
4 x Greater Realm of Preservation   (DD control)
4 x Enlightened Tutor               (To get the other cards)

PROTECTION:
4 x Counterspell
2 x Dissipate
2 x Dismiss
4 x Wrath of God
2 x Disenchant
4 x Geaes Blessing
2 x Gerrards Wisdom
2 x Jayemdae Tome
2 x Jesters Cap            (Gaeas blessing floorishes in my area, you
                            need someway to get rid of it).
