Please critique and suggest cards to get and add. Only TypeII
I have no idea what to put into the sideboard.

Sands of Time           x4      ]

Dissipate               x2
Vision Charm            x4      See my post. Extremly useful
Reality Ripple          x3
Wraith of God           x2      All I have. Do I need more?
Peacekeeper             x3      All I have. Do I need more?
Propaganda              x2      Pendril Mists perhaps?
COP: Red                x1      Comes in handy. Plus only one slot.
Millstone               x1      Replace with Feldons Cane?
Sky Diamond             x1      Just need the one. For late game with no lands

Island                  x11
Plains                  x11

NOTE: I don't have Lotus Vales or Gemstone mines. I think I can get the
mines, but the Vales are probably going to be impossible to get ahold of
without paying an arm and a leg. Plus I don't think they're gonna be
worth it. :)

I shyed away from counters since Tempest didn't come out with any good
cheap ones to replace Arcane Denial and Force of Will. So I went more
with the utility cards that are cheaper the help deal with the cards they
do cast.

I have no idea what to do for a sideboard. I think I've covered my
biggest weaknesses pretty well in the main deck already.
(Untouchables+Burn) It's heavy Anti-creature so even if I don't get out
the lock. It can still hold it's own for a long time. :) This is what I
have. I supposse the only important thing I really need is the
disenchants. Perhaps a fer more counters if dealing with permission decks.
