My pick of the set so far:
Propaganda

This card is sooooo good.  What's a Blue mage's biggest problem?  Living
through an early weenie rush that kills them before they establish control.
There are a million trick control decks that were never viable before
because they couldn't handle speed.  Now they are.

When a Winter Orb weenie deck drops the Orb on you and you go "Thank you"
and drop this.  They just roll over and die when this comes into play.  Add
Pendrill Mists for laughs.

Consider a deck like this:

       2 Wand of Denial
       2 Misers' Cage
       4 Impulse

       2 Disrupt
       4 Counterspell
       4 Power Sink

       3 Propaganda
       3 Pendrell Mists

       3 Static Orb
       3 Desolation
       3 Mana Web

       4 Charcoal Diamond
       4 Sky Diamond
       3 Quicksand
       8 Island
       8 Swamp

Normally Pendrill Mists Desolation decks can't survive a speed weenie rush,
but in my very limited playtesting, either a Static Orb or a Propaganda
disrupts them suffciently to get the soft lock and win.
