I disagree with the one who said dump the slivers for one reason--HEART SLIVER.
 you don't want to drop half your deck on the taple only to have your opponent
 cast a Wrath. Instead, kill  him NOW:
1 heart sliver+
2 muscle slivers+
2 "trample-green-2/2-slivers"
=5 critters that trample with no sommoning sickness and total power of 18!
So here goes my version:

4 recycle
3 alluren
4 harrow(filter deck and speed mana)
3 el damnguy's vineyard
3 quirion ranger
1 skyshroud ranger
3 birds of paradise
4 man-o-war
1 city of solitude
3 lotus petal
4 muscle slivers
4 "trample"slivers(what r they called?)
2 heart slivers
4 undiscovered P
17 forests
