It has beaten such notorious deck types as Counter Post Stompy Prison Big Blue Sligh Buried Alive Necro ProspBloom CounterBurn White Weenie MaroGeddon Stasis SqStasis 5cb and varied color combinations. I originally created the deck as a Senor Stompy crusher. However at that time i thought Stompy was lots of big green critters as opposed to the ghazbans rogues and dervishes it is. The idea was to delay with Man-o'-War and then play fatty after fatty only countering what was necessary. The shield spheres in the sb ensured a 2/3 victory slowing down the deck incredibly. As i played it more and more I found it beat everydeck it came across. No deck seemed capable of dealing with the 20+ big blue flyers. Average kill was on my 7th or 8th turn. Play tips: The idea is very simple, bust out fatties in rapid succession and administer beatdown. there are 22 lands so you should never get manascrewed and the impulses help if by some chance you do. They also help bust out the fatties faster. The main bulk of the deck are the 4 breezekeepers waterspouts elementals and R efreets along with 3 fog elmentals and 2 sibilant spirits (no joke here - they can woop serious ass) the 4 manowars will usually give you plenty of time to start beating down before they get settled on the board. Wall of air controls weenie attacks and most flyers. Abduction helpes in flyer flyer wars or can give spouty an extra life. The 5 counterspells and 1 disrupt are there to counter only things that would totally destroy you. This does not mean Wrath or Disk, it means things like geddon or haups or in some cases - Aether Flash. Never counter a spell killing one or two of your critters. you have more critters than they have critter control and will eventually win out. Sideboard: The 4 memory lapses are for meta weenie decks and also if you have useless cards. They provide a tremendous boost to your spped and can often win games. The 4 shield spheres are for senor stompy and buried alive. Also for necro in some cases. They are an incredible surprise advantage and time advantage. the 3 hydroblasts and two suq'ata walkers are for red decks naturally. I have considered making it 4 hydroblasts and 1 walker.. try it and see what happens. The 2 Spiny Starfish are also immense shock value. Not only that but they can kick serious ass. They hold off two critters at once and never forget that they are not walls in case your opponent plays aku djinn or some such thing.
