Subject:      Annoying Deck Challenge

     A friend of mine made the mistake of saying that he couldn't imagine a
     more annoying deck than Turbo-Stasis.  I decided to take him up on his
     unstated challenge and built my "More annoying than Turbo-Stasis"
     deck.

     Here's my challenge:  Can you build an even more annoying deck?

     4 Adarkar Wastes

     4 Gemstone Mines

     Permission - 14 Cards
     4 Power Sink
     2 Counterspell
     4 Arcane Denial
     4 Force of Will

     Control - 12 Cards
     4 Swords to Plowshares
     4 Binding Grasp
     2 Nevinnyrral's Disk
     2 Reverse Damage

     Recursion - 4 Cards
     2 Argivian Restoration
     2 Feldon's Canes

     Gimme - 8 Cards
     4 Grinning Totems
     4 Jester's Caps

     Sideboard - 15 Cards
     4 Disenchants
     4 Pyroblasts
     3 Mind Harness
     4 Political Trickery

     The idea is simple -- counter and steal.  My friend's RG creature deck
     didn't stand a chance.  After two matches, it made him terrified to
     cast a card.
