This deck revolves around a strategy of Library decresion. That can
be a hard way to kill your opponent, but say your opponent's
disenchant is thrown in the graveyard, then he can't destroy your
Bazaar of Wonders while you throw more cards in his graveyard
with Counterspells, Artifacts, and Shockers. I made the deck
fast with Lotus Pettles and Diamonds. Intuition serves as a way
to get cards, same with Impulse. Propaganda and Earthquake
serve as weenie control.
