I think this is a pretty good control deck for the Tempest / Stronghold
envirement.

Deck:
Land:
    4 x    Reflecting Pool
    4 x    Thalakos Lowland
    3 x    Rootwater Dephts
    2 x    Salt Flats
    3 x    Plains
    8 x    Island
    1 x    Swamp

Artifacts:
    2 x    Grindstone (the main kill method)
    4 x    Bottle Gnomes (a must have)
Gold Cards:
    1 x    Lobotomy
    1 x    Selenia, the Dark Angel (a Hard to kill babe)
White Cards:
    3 x    Winds of Rath
    3 x    Disenchant
    3 x    Staunch Defenders
    1 x    Avenging Angel (also a had to Kill babe)
Blue Cards:
    4 x    Counterspell (oohh no you don't number #1)
    4 x    Dismiss (oohh no you don't number #2 and draw a card)
    3 x    Mana Leak (ok you can play it...if you pay)
    4 x    Whispers of the Muse
Black Cards:
    2 x    Corpse Dance (the anoing engine)
Total: 60 Cards

Sideboard:
1 x    Grindstone (against really boring decks)
3 x    Light of day
4 x    Chill (the "Red no More" card)
4 x    Dread of Night (yes... i'm serious)
2 x    Perish
1 x    Disenchant
