It put howling mines in early game to make your hand always full of counterspells and plenty of mana.counter his main spells and use the vision charms to mill his/her deck or to change the colour of the land. if the game is running out of counterspells, play Miser's cage. On the early-end game put the altar of Dementia and those big flyers like fog elemental, attack and sac them to altar to mill his deck faster.
