Fantastic deck.  I have something similar to this that I am trying for T2:

2 Pursuit of Know
4 Sylvan Lib
4 Gaea's Blessing

2 Wrath
2 Mystical Tut
1 Scroll Rack
4 Impulse
4 Wall of Blossoms
4 Wall of Essence
1 Jester's Cap
1 Orim's Prayer
1 Mulch
4 Disenchant
4 Gemstone
2 City of Brass
8 Plains
8 Forest

Snowballs in a similar way to your deck; idea is to Sylvan/Wisdom/Gaea's all
game to keep drawing 3 or more cards per turn.  Pursuit kickstarts it all if
needed.  Recursed Caps for the decking win.  Could use some more
playtesting/tweaking...

I love your Constant Mists/Land Tax combo.  I'm trying to fit the Mists into
this deck.  Countermagic is gonna be our biggest enemy, IMHO.  But, we have
Green cards in the sideboard :)
