Subject: deck for the dojo

Here's yet another deck for the Dojo.  I put this together after my wife
and I played some Tempest sealed deck for fun... she made a black/green
deck with several slivers in it from the sealed cards, and it kicked me
back and forth all over the place.  Pretty much any other deck I made
lost to it, so I of course took it a step further and made a standard
constructed deck out of it. ;)

Looking for some fun, I took the deck to a local tourney and went
undefeated with it in 4 rounds of swiss.  I made the top 4 only to have
it get beaten down by winter orbs [I hadn't noticed this weakness yet!]
in 2 matches, so I ended up #4.  But still, for a fun deck I was pretty
surprised.  The deck goes something like this:

 4 Muscle Sliver
 4 Metallic Sliver
 4 Clot Sliver
 4 Mana Elves
 4 Rogue Elephants [usually sided out]
 4 Rootwalla
 4 River Boa
 4 Giant Growth
 2 Horned Sliver
 2 Overrun
 1 Armor of Thorns
 2 Disturbed Burial
 1 Lhurgoyf
13 Forest
 7 Swamps

Sideboard:

 3 Terror
 3 Tranquil Domain
 3 Whirling Dervish

some other worthless stuff ;)

The important thing in the sideboard were the terrors; most matches I
sided out the rogues in favor of the terrors.  I've been working on a
new version with diabolics and terrors main deck.  In testing it's
pummeled most everything I've thrown at it, including stompy.  It runs
on very little mana, but given a lot is really brutal.

Something crucial to remember for future sideboards: touchstone.  Very
very important. ;)

The deck wins simply because current decks don't pack enough removal to
deal with such a huge hoard of creatures that hit the table so fast,
then continue to grow larger and larger.  My games with it don't tend to
last very long!
