Frank,
    I found Ed's article about David Doust interesting so I checked
on my own status.  I found that DCI is reporting me delinquint on
my Urza's Saga pre-release and on 33 side tournaments that I quick
sanctioned at the pre-release.  Unless they recieved my package with
the tournament results and the 33 "quick sanction" forms from the
side events, they wouldn't know how many events to list as deliquent.
I think problem is that DCI is overwhelmed by the amount of result
comming in and not that there is any conspiracy.

PS.  They also are not listing the PTQ Rome results I mailed
